Hate, South Moravia, July 24 (CTK) – Freeport Fashion Outlet in Hate generated sales worth Kc1.8bn in 2017, which is was 10 percent more year on year, the centre’s head Jan Prochazka told CTK today.
The sales grew for the eight year in a row.
For the first time ever, more than 2 million costumers went shopping to the centre last year. The share of Czech and Austrian customers remained at 50 percent for each group.
The factory outlet, which currently offers 250 brands in 75 shops, invested Kc60m in modernisation lst year.
Apart from Freeport Fashion Outlet in Hate, there are two other factory outlets in the Czech Republic, one in Prague-Sterboholy and another at Prague’s airport. Another outlet store is to be opened in Ostrava in the autumn.
