The Aricoma Group continues its international expansion with the acquisition of the Swedish technology and consulting company Stratiteq. With this acquisition, Aricoma Group, which is part of Karel Komárek’s KKCG group, strengthens its position in the Scandinavian markets and at the same time expands its competencies in strategic consulting and business solutions based on data-driven business solutions. The acquisition of Stratiteq with offices in Malmö and Stockholm will add more than 100 new employees to the Aricoma Group.

“We found a great company with amazing people,” comments Ludovic Gaudé, Aricoma’s Head of Custom Software Development Operations. “Stratiteq’s seventeen-year history speaks for itself, the company has created many innovative projects for regional and international companies such as Haldex, Skånetrafiken, Securitas or Vattenfall,” adds Gaudé.

The Aricoma Group strives to become a strong European player in the field of ICT and SW solutions. According to Michal Tománek, KKCG’s Investment Director, the acquisition is another step towards this goal: “Stratiteq will not only help us raise our profile in Scandinavia, but also enrich our capabilities in the extremely attractive realm of digital transformation.”

After the acquisition, Stratiteq will continue under the existing brand and under the leadership of the current management team. The agreement was signed on Monday, August 30, 2021, when the owners of Stratiteq agreed with the representatives of Aricoma Group to sell a 100% stake in the company. The entire transaction is still subject to approval by the relevant antitrust authority and settlement is expected in early October 2021.

After completing all formalities, Aricoma Group will have nine members, a consolidated turnover of over 8.8 billion crowns and EBITD of almost 962 million crowns. The total number of employees will exceed 3,000.
